Operator and acceptance

Waiterio LLC operates Doctosan. By accessing the website or app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Informational directory, not medical care

Doctosan helps people discover healthcare professionals and facilities using publicly available professional information. It does not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment advice, manage appointments, or know real-time availability. Do not use Doctosan for an emergency; contact your local emergency services.

Listings, hours, services, prices, ratings, and contact details may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Confirm them directly with the professional or facility before making a decision.

Permitted use

You may use Doctosan for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security measures, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, use listing data to harass or discriminate, run automated extraction that overloads the service, or republish the database in bulk without permission. Legitimate search engines must respect robots.txt and the published agent surfaces.

Public listings and corrections

A listing does not imply employment, sponsorship, or endorsement by Doctosan. If you represent a professional or facility, you can request a correction or removal through the help center. We may request reasonable verification before acting.

Third-party services and content

Doctosan may open phone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, provider websites, and other external services. Their own terms and policies govern your use. Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Directory maps use data and tiles from OpenStreetMap.

Intellectual property

Doctosan’s name, branding, design, software, and original content belong to Waiterio LLC or its licensors. Third-party names, marks, and data remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights to you.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may correct, update, remove, or limit listings, features, or coverage and suspend uses that violate these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material revisions will be published here with their effective date.

Warranties and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Doctosan is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guaranteeing third-party information or the outcome of contacting a professional. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

iPhone and iPad app

Unless the App Store listing presents a custom agreement, the app license is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. If there is a conflict about the app license, the applicable App Store agreement controls.

Governing law and contact

To the extent permitted, these terms are governed by Wyoming law, United States, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence.
